Polar 115E - Knife Change

Can anyone help me to solve this issue? Its appear this problem everytime I on the machine, then it will stuck here. Press "1", go in selection of "Hard Material / Normal Material / Soft Material", but nothing can do. Can please advice how to check / resolve this issue?

Hi,
Try to replace battery on CP card. It seems you are missing some data each time the machine is switched OFF.
Maybe you need to perform knife change program after the battery is replaced.

I have checked the battery is no issue.

Go to Reset the electronic board CPU the small button black Printed Reset S1, and see what happens.

2) The battery must be 3.6Vdc, if has 3.5Vdc or less, you must replace it; you have only 10 minutes to do it.

There is one sensors(for flap open) .
When you change the knife then you move one flap up.
For the same there is one sensor pls check that sensor when flap is closed then output of the sensor is 24v .

The battery is 3.6vdc exactly, but still not workable.

Yes, this has been done many times but still the same problem.

Now, please measure the Regulated power supply, if there are intolerance: +5 +24+12, etc

Very important, and if they ok, Please clean of edge connectors, of electronic boards, much of 70% of electronic failure, is to due this.

Checked, no issue on power supply. But still the same problem...
