Hamada B452 or B252 sheet bouncing/registration

    Intermittently my sheets bounce, my head stops are all on zero. Is that correct?
    I always set the side lay according to sheet thickness.

    Zero may not be ideal if the headstops are to low you may bounce tohigh same thing

    if you have 100# text place sheet at headstop lower until sheet can be pushed through

    then bring back up untill sheet stops then run not to familiar with hamada check wheels and feedroller if pess has

    Help for Hamada

    Does anyone know someone that can help me with the software and maintance of a Hamada BIRC 552. The software is nor working and obiusly the machine neither. We just don't know what to do or who can help us.

    I have had some issues with this on the Ryobi 524's we have. Brush wheels being set properly often is the culprit. If they are too far forward on the sheet will cause a bounce. I have also seen wear on the swing arm cause this.
