Hamada b452a error code 17

I was wondering if anyone knows how to clear out error code 17 from the press. I have to hold in the red stop button to lower/raise feeder table and then everything else works after that, but the press keeps flashing error code 17. I've tried cleaning all the sensors, turning off press, flipping the power breaker to the press, looking to see if there are any wires that look irregular.

In the book the code is listed as: Pump motor tripping / Feed board motor tripping.
Corrective action - remove the cause of excessive load.

Hi sir:

Look, for the reheating winding in the FEEDER Motor ! NOT burning, repair or replace it!!! that is the cause is tripping the C. Breaker.

2) try to clean very well , all Edge connectors of boards.......... Female and Male Contacts, this the causes in 80% in electr0nic problems!

 

I did end up finding the problem. There was a breaker that flipped in the side panel gear side of feeder. I believe it was a white switch about middle left in the box, there should be two of them.
