We have been printing cartons of medicine on offset printing machine on the same brand of boxboard for many years Pressroom Chemicals and the brand of ink has always been the same.
But now we face the problem that our client is now doing laser batch printing on printed cartons(Secondry packaging)
Laser batch printing does not print clearly on our printed cartons.
What corrective actions should i take?

Hi sir
If I understand correctly, you are used to printing with offset machines and now you have changed the type of machine without changing the ink or the printing medium and you have had a difference in shade of color on the same cardboard.
It's completely normal sir, lazer printing has never been like offset printing.
now there are digital machines which give a very good quality of printing with the inkjet method and it gives the same result in printing as offset machines, compared to color lazer printing there will always be a difference in print quality.
today digital printing gives a good print quality but the cost is a bit high compared to offset printing especially in long runs
