Truepress Problem with communication Feeder controller

Hello, I'm checking out a TruePress, with many problems... one more particular one is the feeder display controller... it shows an error and apparently has software problems, I think the problem The paper feed is due to software, can someone help me... I would appreciate it and recommend it... I am sending images of the error
