I don't know whats the difference between this two models. I liked to buy a used Toshiba E-studio 281c but recently found that some one else wanted to sell a Toshiba E-studio 3511 at a fair cheaper price. i see that cartridges and drum are the same but don't understand whats the difference between this two models and what disadvantages may i have if i buy the 3511. thank you

Google the "Toshiba E-Studio 281c Brochure", same for the second one and compare specs line by line, you don't need anyone here to do your homework, given that they are both Toshibas, their spec lists will be layed out the same. There hardly will be a member here who can give any feed back as both of these are office toys, absolutely not oriented for print production environment.. As buying a used printer copier in general, price is not the only thing. Machine has 4 drums, 4 development units, 4 transfer units, Image Transfer belt, Secondary transfer roller, Fuser Unit, how are they?, may be more expensive machine has a 50,000 pages on the counter and less expensive has 300,000? Better priced machine may have those all or some at the end of a life span and cost of repair added to attractive price may no longer be as attractive.
