Toshiba e studio 310C

I have a toshiba e studio 310c copier and when I print from the computer it prints out two sheets of paper, the first one says

ERROR: Unknown curve: FAST.ICCGSSXX.Sim.Set OFFENDING COMMAND:
STACK:
1

and the last page come out blank

Anyone know what that means.
Thanks in advance
 
It may be caused by a corrupted driver on the computer or the Fiery Controller needs it's software reloaded.
