Maybe for someone this information will be helps.
I had a problem with the connection DFE to PSIP (SunBlade server). Kreo DFE - might be disconnected at any time. Reload Creo DFE - helped, but then she stopped to help.
I was looking for reasons to service manuals, but found nothing there.
And here - decision. Close the print interface, and restart Creo color server - service, in a tray (right lower corner - screen). Immediately after that - connection is restored.
