background forms with Freeflow DFE

Does anyone use background forms? How do you delete a background form from the folder once you are finished with it? The online help states that this is under "adminsitration" but when we go under "administration' we only see accounting and fonts.

System > VI Projects Manager
Select PPML Recources from the Repositry Dropdown list
Select the Legacy recources Tab
Browse to where the forms have been saved (default is /opt/XRXnps/resources/bf)
Select the required file(s) (.ps & .lst) and select Delete from the Edit menu
Confirm and then refresh from the Edit menu
