Recent installed Sakurai Model 0L275SDP Ink Keys missing

The machine has been installed

The problem is none of the ink keys are showing/working from any of the units on the screen.

I have a picture of some wires However no one seems to know where the wires go

Can someone help with the location or confirm if the wires are even related to the ink keys?

Thank you I managed to fix it in the end. It was a dry joint connection RJ45

The only machine details I can remember is:
SAKURIA OL275SDP
