Sakurai 466 SIP (SCC not connect to SBC)

Hey... we are having a problem with our machine. After the backup battery of the HMI screen ran out, the data was erased. We then bought a replacement screen and installed it. All communication from HMI to PLC is working. However, the ink key control on the press remains locked and is not being released. Presumably, connection error 147 on the SCC computer is causing a problem with release. Can anyone help me?
