Sakurai Oliver 475SDW year 2010 problem

Hi,
we have an error on a Sakurai Oliver 475SDW printing machine. Basically when I turn it on the control table display I get an error message number 147. basically it waits to communicate with the SBC computer. Can anyone help me?

Is the problem solved? May be serial port problem in your SBC. WHATSAPP 0091-9943083050
