Hello everyone
I have a problem with my Polar EL 115, I have no any manual of this machine and , this the tread of problems with it :
1. Initialy as Abdu mentioned in a previous post , machine worked properly for 3 to 4 hours , suddenly cutting knife stop moving , even thou when the clamp was working well, next day works fine .
2. We checked oil levels in both boxes and check for loose wires and connetions , everything appears to be fine.
3. Two months ago we found that switches at the cams were cousing false contact , someone tried to repair them but worked just tow days and then cutting knife don't move.
4. Both switches are the same part number with 1NC +2NO contacts , Moeller AT 21- 6- I,
5. Because we couldn't find the same brand and model, we replace them with Eaton with the same contacs as "originals".
6. Once put all together, cam, switches and so, test and nothing happended , the same problem.
7. Yesterday I discovered this forum and found a post from Chock showing that those switches should be different and cams also, we have the same type of switch (as I mentioned above) and de same type of cam. I'm really confused about this machine has been working.
Please help me to understand and clarify all these issues about switches and cams. Thank a lot in advance .
