What could be the reason for this error 285? Please see the picture.

Hello, I want to replace the battery on Polar 115 Plus. Is there any risk of losing all programs or parapeters? Should I just turn off the main voltage, remove the board and replace the battery or is it better to do it under the voltage ? Thanks you in advance.
