pcc 6 colour

    Hi my pcc software is converting my 6 col job (process + 2 spot) into in 4 col ink profile, can someone help with pcc settings?

    not an issue at all

    If you log on to team viewer , i can set it up on your system in 5 minutes.
    Faster to do than explain :)

    Eureka, I reconfigured my kms to 6 col instead of 4. So my pcc files were correct it was just the press didn't know what to do with the extra 2 cols.

    Hi, We had our PCC system crash and we reloaded it on a new computer. Luckily we had a backup file. For some reason, the press does not see our files.
    I am new to my company and have no experience with PCC software. Hoping you could help.
