Multigraphics SP990EI / Purup Eskofot 1740 Platemaker Tech Needed

I have a Multigraphics SP 990EI giving me Error Code 4
Error in Voltage Compensation of Exposure Time
What do i need to fix this problem? I have another Platemaker i bought for parts.
I have called all the graphics Dealers in the Cleveland Ohio Area and there are no techs for this machine.I Cannot find a Service Manual for this model, I have a Service Manual for a SP 990 But they are totally different. I am dead in the water without a platemaker, any help would be appreciated. I will pay you for your time if you can give me phone tech support.
