marks showing up on prints

Hi guys/gals,

I have a ESP 7880 and it has start showing marks everytime I print. I use Photoshop CS 6 Extended. The issue appears to be more software than hardware for the following reasons:
1) the marking are 15 mm from the left side of the print
2) this does not matter what size I print
3) I moved an image 7" to the right and the marking was at the same 15 mm on the left side of the image

What I've done so far:
1) ran nozzle cleaning
2) maintenance head alignment
3) replaced the driver with the latest driver
4) reset the printer back to factory defaults

Can anyone suggest anything?

Our machine did something similar and it turned out to be a mixture of ink and paper dust stuck to the underside of the print carriage. A quick wipe and it was fine.

Yes, I had mine taken in for repair and was told it needed a cleaning for the same reason, mixture of dust, ink.
