Roland VersaUV prints white stripes on everything

Hi there

I'm new on this forum so i don't know if this is the proper place to post my question.
My Roland VersaUV Lec-330 just started to print all white stripes on everything. Even a simple test print is covered in white ink (see attached picture) . Can anybody give me an advice...
