T35MS540 sounds more like a PDC-SG related part / scan component code than the color bar itself.
If your problem is that the press is not reading the color bar correctly, I would check the simple things first before blaming the electronics:
- make sure the color bar is actually printing complete and in the correct position
- clean the scan head glass / lens
- check if the light source is weak
- confirm the job format / sheet size / color bar setting matches what the PDC-SG expects
- if you recently changed stock, coating, or layout, that can also cause bad reading
A lot of these PDC issues turn out to be setup, calibration, dirt on the optics, or the bar being out of reading range, not a bad board.
If you are asking about the part itself, please post:
- exact Komori model
- photo of the T35MS540 label
- photo of where it is mounted
- any alarm message or screen message from PDC-SG
With that, it will be much easier to tell whether T35MS540 is a scan head part, width/version code, or something in the color bar reading assembly.
