Komori LS communication error

Looking for Komori electrical technican who is familar with computer / console / scanner connectivity. Preferably someone is US.
Press running fine, scanner works but cannot send files from scanner to ink keys. All other connections ok so do not feel it is the SMC1 board.

Suggestions?
