Komori L628 PQC Communication Error

Hello,

We have recently got a second/refurbished Komori L628 Offset Press. Upon connecting the PC that came with it, we get KMS giving MLPC Communiction error and PQC communication error

Could anyone please guide me to correct this issue.

How is the PC connected to the PQC ?
you need a converter to 422 (Moxa card or USB)
the com ports need to fit
i can help you in remote to do the connection if connected phisically right - you will need a team viewer S/W to do so/
it's a 5 min job
