IOP ...constantly going out of whack

doing IOP set ups 3 or 4 times a day
any ideas? everything is clean and working ?????

Image on image is going off as well!!
 
I have this on occasion. seems to be feed problems. adjusted drawer, move on. had drawer forget it was short or long edge feed before. lol

reboot.

but not 3-4 times a DAY! yipes. get into a bad batch of paper?
 
    • ...cause was a dirty laser lens.........no idea how dirt got in there but it did LOL ...up and running
