Intec CP2020 looking for parts

My Intec CP2020 went down in april because the copper contacts for the magenta color drum broke.
The dealer doesn't have new parts.
The dealer offered to get them from an damaged Intec CP2020 but sine then we lost contact with the dealer.
HQ in UK want me to contact HQ in USA, but theu don't answer the phone.
Any help would be fine.

Hi, can you post a picture of what is broken? Also, I am 100% sure you can use same part out of OKI C9800, C9860, ES-3640, CX-3641, ProColor 900DP

Hello, I just uploaded the images with the broken copper contacts.
According to our techincal man, the frame, on which the copper points are fit, als need to be replaced.

Oh, and yes, you can use most of mechanical parts from OKI C9800, C9860, ES-3640, CX-3641, ProColor 900DP. If you can find a OKI dealer near by, most of the parts (except may be electronics) are interchangeable.

It's quite a long time I didn't hear from you. I suppose you didn't find the part. Is there maybe another solution as far as you know?

From a friend in Holland I got a manual of Oki and I tried to get the parts from Oki dealers but most of them don't reply.
The problem is that I don't know exactly which part I need.
Curacao is a small island with 160.000 habitants and we only have 2 official printer dealers on the island. One is Canon and the the other is Ricoh.
I depend on a technician who works for one of those companies.
Can you recommend me an Oki supplier? I thought you were a supplier yourself.
