ink not drying

black ink not drying I am printing on top of aqeuos coated sheet and using oxi ink four day and still not dry ???

I have figured it is A water issue . the damp roller seems to be running faster than before is there A way to slow it down from the console

My guess is that the wax in the coating that your trying to print over is preventing adherence. If the black overprint can not adhere to the coating it will rub off!!!
