Image prints on impression cylinder

We are getting an image printing on the impression cylinder. It's almost like the blanket is not dropping off soon enough. We cleaned and replaced the pneumatics, still getting the image on the impression cylinder.

Check this;
1. Check the blanket packing thickness.

2. Check the impression pressure adjustment dial
setting.

3. Replace the blanket.
(When the blanket is partially smashed.)
