Diode in zone 6 PU4 missing 2mm image burn strip again!

Unfortunately the issue with the zone 6 diode in PU4 is happening again. It definetly is not a ink particle on the glass as it is itermittent and I have plugged and unpluged every terminal plug on the 2 laser control module boxes for this unit. Sometimes it works for a couple days and then acts up again.
Someone previously suggested it could be condensation in one modules; is there a fix for this problem or does the module need to be replaced? My water temperation is set at 23 degrees celcius

Your water temperature is fine. It is my guess the LDM is failing and needs to be replaced. If you have a Plus version you could swap the boards and see if the problem moves to diode 12. If it is a Classic machine it is an inconvenience to swap the LDM as the water runs through them and it is difficult to remove the water hoses off the barbed fittings.
