quick question:

I thought it was 22" length? Freeflow will only let me enter 20.5" and of course, I received a call from the offset dept. that they need a 21" print with bleed. ANd.... I said "SUUUURE" LOL

IS it in fact only 20.5? MAybe the 22" is optional?

thanks...

hoping if I can't I can at least trim the paper down a little, and "fudge it". :)

22" is an optional addition you can have Xerox install. We don't have it, only 20.5". Good luck fudging it, you can always lower the edge NVM so it prints a little closer to the edges if you need it. Sometimes that comes in handy for me.

  • 22 inch is the XL paper option. If your iGen4 is fairly new you may find the the hardware is already installed in the Feeders (All new iGen4 come with it installed). You need the License and your engineer to enable the option on the PSIP via XSMU and the Freeflow (setmaxLength switch)

    MArkD...Yep, thats the story.

and note: could only fudge it to 20.75" :) which worked.

old thread.... wonder what it would cost for that option....?
