Heidelberg SM 102-2-P Windows NI error

We get an error on press startup. The press is a year 2000 with CP 2000
"Windows NI could not restart missing or corrupt file. re install copy of ABOOE file. <winnt
root>1 system 321 ntoskmi.exe. "
The only way we can run the press is to hit the service button on the computer.
Is this a Heidelberg fix only?

Hi
You need new hdd disk with preloaded oem winnt/winxp
Pls confirm which ipc you have
Mc/mc2/mc3/mc4/mc5/mc7
Now a days Heidelberg is not giving hdd kit for ipc lower then mc7
They will updat the same to mc7-cp2000.
If you need new ide (pata hdd.. Ssd disk) with oem windows
Pls msg me
