Hi,

Anybody help on GTO z 52 s error code BLT_CON 3FEB.

Please advise what kind of error is this, can anyone help in decoding this error being shown on my CP Panel screen.

Hi sir this is on init test or dyn test ??

If this is a new installation please check connexions between blt and coder , if not try to check power supply of the blt and tell me if you already remove the motor encoder ??

Sir thank you very much for reply.

this error BLT_con is gone, now on Dyn test we are getting error on

MOT 7BFF.

the motor is not moving in any direction

Hi sir the mot 7bff error mean that the motor is very hot .
Please check the winding and the supply current

the model is 1996 with
cp tronic

apparently all functions of machine are working fine now. if we inch the machine without belt the motor moves fine but when we try to inch the machine with belt on it moves only 1cm back and forward but when we press the run button on the machine it doesn't move instead it starts giving error in

This may be brake issues .

Check if the winding is good , when you run with the machine the current go up , the machine calculate the overcurrent and stop .
Check also the break remove itand clean perhaps it can be the issue but for me the winding is not correct

there was problem with zsk card of machine and after replacing the card machine is running fine.
