It appears that the fuser pump on our iGen3 isn't working because no fuser fluid is making it to the fuser area. Is there a way to confirm that the problem is the pump and not something else. What else could be the problem.
Blocked filter. Easy way is to replace it from one in the locker. If you haven't got one take it out and punch a hole through the mesh with a small screwdriver then reinstall it. This will then show you if the pump is shot or not.
