2) SRK 7FFC SLT_CON 7FEF
3) T

Hope to have u soon,
Thnx in advance

What model year press? If earlier model CPTronic, failed test SPK shows failure of buffer battery in SPK board (low voltage), SLT CON failure shows up as SLT (drive board) failure and field voltage low. As to the SRK failure, interface to REK failed. Good Luck, Steve

  • Hi Thnx so much for helping, it is a 91 model.
do u mean that 3 different board ?cn it be repaired? and how about the T error?

    again thnx a lot Precision1984

Hi Steve - Yes, 3 boards are registering errors according to the information you listed. SPK, SRK and SLT CON are three different components. Can it be fixed? Yes, but troubleshooting such errors might be above the average mechanics pay grade. It appears your SPK battery has lost its ability of charge, and communications to the REK is not possible, might be because of the lack of memory (don't qoute me on this, I may be blowing smoke). To diagnose this, you should read all errors listed on initiation test and diagnostics test, which would give someone who is in the know a better handle on what's going on. I suggest checking brushes on the main motor given the age of the press (if it hasn't been done in a while). The T error would be dynamics test, meaning something out of the ordinary happened while the press was moving, again, possibly a brake issue or a multitude of other causes. Good Luck, Steve
