    Hello dear Members,

I´m wondering if anyone on the forum may help me with this problem:
We were changing from the perfecting system to the straight mode but the machine blocked on the second step, the cilinder is able to spin manually but it seems as the machine cannot detect it, attached are the images of what is shown in the control panel:

and the page of the manual that says nothing on how to fix it:

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    best regards

    Thanks for your reply Joe,

we are going to check it, the machine is running now but we´ve been afraid to activate the perfector again... with this info we´ll try it.
May I ask from which manual did you get that pic?

    Best regards!

Hello, years ago I worked for Shinohara Europe in Germany and just took a look into the manuals from that time, from 2012. How you get it back to straight?

Hello Joe thanks for your help, the system now is working, when we change to straight it does it flawlessly, the problem is when getting the perfector function back, it shows the error that I´m sending pic and we have to press the button several times for it to work, so I guess that it may be a pneumatic, we´ve checked also the pneumatic cylinders and they seem to be ok, any idea on how we can solve it?

    Best regards
