Epson 2400 help needed with printing thick paper

I'm getting constant red light flashing from loading thick paper (ultra smooth fine art) fromt he back tray. Does anyone have any experience beating this problem? thanks

Avoid thick paper.

If possible try to use thin paper instead of thick paper. because your Epson printer shows over loading indication. your printer has not enough capacity to print the thick paper.

How thick is the specific paper in question? The 2400 can print on quite thick paper without issue...

I did succeed later in printing thick paper from behind, but still jams every 3-4th print. I heard it's nature of beast with 2400 and thick paper. So I"m going to give up with thick paper on this printer.
