Bizhuh C500 grain dots

Hi
Anyone can help me regarding the below?
While I print a text on a blank page and as you can see in the attached pictures I get spots and noise grain dots. Does anyone know the reason and how can I avoid it ?
Note that the printer used is Bizhuh C500

It looks like leaking developer to me. When is the last time you changed the developer or had the black drum serviced?
