Do you have a third party controller on these devices? Like a Fiery?
The controller aside, my guess is you have two different drivers installed on the machine. Or, one driver doesn't have its properties set up correctly.
Are you selecting face up output, and machine is ignoring the command? or is the option simply not available for the one machine?
