Binding Igen Covers

Ok so I am having issues with perfect binding my covers that i run on my igen, If they are just 4/0 they will bind fine but if I am running 2 sided, the cover will pull right of the spine without tearing. I am running a horizon binder with horizon melt HM-221 glue.
Has anyone had any issue like this ?

You need to use PUR and do not print on the inside of the cover spine

maybe let them sit a few days and let the oil dry...we have this problem with wafer seals not sticking on pieces printed on the igen
And what Mark said about only using PUR !!!!!!

If you wipe down the area to be bound (inside spine) with Fantastic spray and allow to dry - a couple of minutes also increase hold time for clamping this will help
