Can the lamp under cleaner assembly cause the lines?

Yes it can. Check if there is toner on the lamp.

Didn't found the reason yet, I also change the 062K31012 IMAGE MODULE ASSY (LAMP) and install the 607k15301 UPGRADE KIT but it didn't change anything...
The local Xerox services didn't know what can cause this lines and they tried for 2 months to solve the problem but didn't succeed...
Any ideas ?? Need urgent help (with remuneration if necessary)

It is something common to all colors. The lines are in the exact same location no matter what color. Are there thin lines etched into the PR belt?

Yes there are thin lines etched into the PR belt especially in the center zone, but even after I change it and perform belt setup, a single line appear in the middle but at low intensity and the more I print, the more lines appear until I arrive at the state of the photos

You can see it in the photos, this is after I changed the PR belt. First I only have 1 line and after like 40 sheets 2 more lines appear...

When you replaced the PR belt did you replace the cleaner blade also? What does the transfer assist blade look like?

Check the pretransfer. It looks a little weird in the pic.

I change all the pretransfer with grid in November, I send photos off the entire zone and the pretransfer. It seems like there is wear in the middle of the zone like in the "cylinder".

I noticed buildup on the transfer assist blade. Check that. See if it is touching the pr belt while running. There is a fine adjustment that's easy to do.

First thing I would do is replace. It looks worn. Check to see if it touches with a new TAB installed. If it does, there is a fine adjustment you can do.
