Auto roller wash problem

Dear senior members,

I'm running CD 74 2002 model machine, I have the problem with auto roller wash, when I use automatic washing roller, roller are not washing clearly, and blade sounds coming before end up timing,

Please looking for reply appreciated.

And please explain about how to set auto wash program in the machine.

Did you use the original HEIDELBERG washing program N° 1 ??
This is normally working well, infect when the roller settings are correctly adjusted. How old are the rollers ?

Dear sir,
Machine is having no 1, I'm using that only, but not washing clearly.

How can I set the program for washing?

Check and clean the nozzles for wash and water. They may be clogged and not spray enough wash/water on some areas. I presume that blades are ok if in manual wash the rollers are clean.
Always use deionised water for auto wash.

Change program wash: go to wash and on the right side of screen you have "change program" button. Press it and then select the unit and program.
Also in this section you have 3 buttons on the right side - settings (blankets, cylinders,and rollers - from the top) press the bottom one and you'll see roller washing programs settings.

Ps. If you don't know which button is for what just press the Heidelberg logo on the top right and then screen become green. Then if you press any button you'll see info what it's doing. I think you know that, but telling you just in case

hello, guess the spreading device could be the problem. Mostly, spreading the water is not enough and it is not spreading from left to right side. Regarding this, means the solvent will not disapear and the washing result isn´t good.(blade sounds coming before end up timing)
Check this out first before you change program. Then, the washing blade should be checked and renewed if necessary. How is it looking after washing?
Please check the washing tank and that the solvent and water is in the right tank.(water is in center tank)
