3200 Jumped Time AGAIN.

The 3200 made that horrible popping sound again. how do I get the impression cylinder back in time with the feed end of press?

I loosened the three bolts on the side of the impression cylinder and tapped the cylinder to it's close to being in time. When the sheet hits the cylinder grippers, the cylinder grippers are not in the closed position until about an inch later. Help please.

Evidently, you loosen the center bolt on the 3 cam thingy and adjust it. Now i'm working on the timing between the impression cylinder and the chain grippers. Praise Jesus I'm almost there.

I got it feeding paper and it was running good until the press stopped dead in it's tracks. It seems to be that when the gripper grabs the sheet and moves a little bit away from the impression cylinder it stops. I loosened the bolts on the side and moved the grippers to the farthest away and it still stops. Please help me guys/gals.

you have that thing so out of timing now!! Your gonna need someone to come in again cuz there is way to much to go over with timing, if you changed the impression cylinders timing and its out 180 or something then everything is off time and it will break stuff if you keep trying to run it. your chain stops the press or is it something jamming up on the impression cylinder?

It was the drive gear, I have it ordered. I have the front end in time. Is it hard to get the chain delivery in time with the front end?

no the chain is really easy to time cuz if you have to you can always move your chain by cogs and leave the adjustment in the middle then tweak as needed once your grippers are damn close to where they need to be

Besides the adjoining gear, is there anything else I should do while the chain delivery is off?

Must have seen my fire engine red 3200 huh? I posted it on here awhile back really makes the shop look extra sharp.
