Hello all. Fault with PM 74 registration. Mechanically it is registering 100% but it still continues to beep. This happens no matter what side you register. Checked sensors both sides (clean etc) and all seems fine. What are the likely causes of this? Help appreciated Thank you

It sure is. Have a problem with that. The auto wash will not work. Had Heidelberg engineer look at it but he was unable to fix it. Says it needs a system reset. He was contacting Heidelberg about it and I am waiting on a response.

Hi Adil. Will have to check of the operator? Are you thinking pressure? Surely the pressure adjustment on side of machine can sort that. Both units running with same packing and pressure. Anything else cause it,like and inking roller pressure or bearing gone

Yes if I turn them clockwise it does excert more pressure. Was thinking of removing them all and cleaning and checking for corrison. Thank you for your help A
