Hi Guys.
Do any of you guys have trouble with water dripping out unto tray then it filling up and then down into machine.
It's a pain to control .
I have taken rollers out reset ,checked pressures ,made sure everything operating correctly which it seems to be but it still persists. Its not the speed of the water feed as i control it separately with valves to each unit but water washing of the rollers.
Any ideas,or help really appreciated

Thank you
A

Hi, this means you have a emulsification problem during printing? Just in one unit? Send more details please.

    Hi
But what details would you need. The water pours out of the unit from the damping section when unit is printing.

OK, thanks. Then take out the water-pan-roller and check if the isolation of the pan is correct and still there.(any water drops under the pan visual?) What is pre-selected-temperator of the fountain-water-circuit, which should not have less than 10°C. The most problem is the circuit itself, the tubs connected to the pan, incoming and outcoming water, there might be a problem when fountain water is overfilling pan. Check this out.

    Okay
    Thanks.
I find control / supply of water very hard to balance.
    This is roller.
What you reckon is the most important roller.
Do you thing its more a foundation solution reaction other that mechanical.
    Rollers have all been checked.
    Thanks

Ok. the Ecocolor is the most difficult fountain system I have ever worked on the last 20 years. I'm on travel now and will come back to you later in afternoon.
