Interesting....Ive had this happen. i attributed it to buildup on the heat roller, where a thermistor is. not RDS turned off. Ill check that if it happens again. edit, I also use a few problem papers... cheating their setting like calling them thicker... or coated sometimes works.

cleaned them, no help. when you power they both should be lit up green yeah? it is the left one that shows red when it fails. "OC" restart. left one only is green "OK" swapped them. Only the right one is green....seems backwards lol warming up now... lets see what happens in real time...

revisiting this. I am coming across this regularly now. certain colors red or blue. the color is right on screen... but igen prints way off. My sop is to run the pdf through graphics dept and they change the Pantone spot from U to C. Im looking for a way to do it in the freeflow queue...
