Hello My issue is my slow down motor does not show up when starting up the press. The motor spins freely and all connections look fine. I have a damaged SAK board. Not sure if the two are connected. Any help diagnosing the problem would be appreciated.

Hello I am having a similar problem on cd 102 My pan rollers and slowdown are not working. Here are some codes I am getting any help would be appreciated. I don't really understand how to read the motor codes.

Hello I am having communication errors. I can't figure what it refers to. For a while when I turn on the press the technotrans would run for a bit then shut off. Chillers and the supply pump would not come on.

Hello I am having an issue with sheet separation. Side air works fine, I'm not getting air to the sheet separator or the foot. I pulled the hose to the feeder and am getting very little air from the line. I'm showing no faults or errors on the console.

I'm running a cd102 with a grafix heater cassette. How do I get the cassette out to replace a couple heating coils?

Model is beta.c 270 SC We jiggles some wires and removed a nd replaced the battery. Seems to be working just fine now.

Error B018: Illegal reset- condition Says press any key to restart but nothing happens after key press.

Everything is working fine now. Seems to be valve's stuck open. I came back the next day. Plugged everything back up and it worked just fine.

The compressor seems to be working. It builds pressure. When released to the press it quickly loses pressure. There are no leaks except the valve box on OS access on each unit. When valve boxes are resupplied individually it holds. Extra kicker it only leaks on the last 4 units and not the first...

Hello The problem is that the chain lube wont pump when needed and it beeps continuously while running. We think we've narrowed it down to VSM board or solenoid after the pump tank. Has anyone encountered this before?

Hello We have to replace a motor and potentiometer. Is the a specific way to do this or can I get directions to an install sheet for both?

Getting a red light showing insufficient pressure. Compressor is ok. For some reason the sensor is not allowing the valve to open.

Hey I'm running a Heidelberg sm 52. Ever so often when I start feeding paper I will hear a clunk sound as it gets ready to feed. Trying to figure out what it is so I can fix it.
