Why not make a simple excel spreadsheet and have the IOH, Projected Usage and Actual Usage numbers to allow for a quick review of what you have, what is needed and when to order, and also to see what the dollar value of IOH is? Inital inventory is required then a followup every 6 weeks or so...

Have used the Riso HC5500 line and Xante Illumina. The Riso line offered envelopes at less than 1/3 the cost of the Xante, but at a quality level that was lower. Customers have to decide if goood is good enough or if they want the best quality... my customers most always choose good is good...
