My office is looking to purchase a new color copier/printer and the above two models were presented to us by a local sales rep. Has anyone had any experience with either of them? A little background on what we use our printer/copier for, if that helps:
We are a small office that puts out a monthly publication. We do not print and bind the publication in-house, but we do print out a variety of marketing materials including full media kits and monthly promo sheets that go out to advertisers and prospective advertisers. We also print all of the proofs from our printer for staff review. We don't print a tremendous amount of pages per month, but we do need what we print to be good quality from a machine that is mechanically and technically sound.
We have received quotes from a number of different companies regarding about a dozen machines of varying brands, but the Kyocera ones offered the lowest price so my boss wants met o look into them. I haven't been able to find much information from actual users online (just company-supplied reviews/specs), so would appreciate any help you can give me. Cheers!
