No manual, look close at the blanket bars there should be a stamped dot next to screw1,3,6,8 either right to left or left to right those screws are longer than the rest because they hold the blanket to the cylinder, be careful they strip out real easy.

sounds kinda strong, I Use 2 different solutions one is 4oz per gallon, the other is 6oz per gallon w/nothing else, and get very good solids

Have the same press and water system, I would start at the crestline stripes Form to plate-5/32 (4mm) Metering to pan-3/19 (5mm) Intermediate to metering-5/32 I have tryed many different solutions at the recomended specs and did not really seem to matter thats all I got.

My 3200 when running wide open starts going in and out of impression, slower speeds are fine, its got to be a minor adjustment, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help, in the meantime I took the inverter cover off and blew it out. Restarted the press and ran for about 4 hours than the code showed up and now will only run about 2-3 minutes before code comes back.

I am getting error code E-5 does anyone know what it means, the press will start and run a couple of minutes and then the code and it quits
