Funny thing I had a technician taking care of the exact same problem for me today. its a power saturation problem in the prefuser drive. You want to get a technician to replace the motor, og tighten the rims driving it.

Even though this is a rather old post i will answer anyway. We have printed some very fine prints on Synaps, it doesn't seem to be misfeeding or causing any other troubles. Although you want to print it to the stacker because its very static when it comes out of the toptray.
