Talking about RML - recommended media list, im sometimes told the paper isnt on the RML so i cant expect our Xerox CP800 to print on the media without jams because of the paper curling etc, is this an acceptable excuse from xerox?

It will run again, however something is causing the static and it will come back soon or later. If you keep resetting you might crap the motor, that happened for us. I would get a tech to take a look before its all broken :)

Is the PR very static? like static electricity.. We had alot of 09-3014 because of the belt getting static, the ATA was faulty and got replaced, that did the job

In your queue you select the stock size so it matches the stock you want to print on. Else you gotta select stock on each job, then it will print banner page on the same. Example: I usually print on SRA3, so my default print queue has the stock size defined(not locked) in the print queue.

yes we had a full width array fitted a few month after the printer was installed. Im really pleased with the allignment profiles and do not suffer the same problems as you do.

cant you just active the banner page and offset between jobs? The pdf's name would appear on the banner page of each job.

remember the Igen3 needs to print about 15-20 sheets to adjust registration each time. Atleast thats what my tech told me.

Fiery seems to come with alot of problems, however we had similar problems with our CP800 not updating stock, there was some glitch when you updated from internet explorer 10 to 11 i think it was, try downgrading you IE. Thats the solution we had..
