S-SRK FF7F error - Heidelberg SM102-10

Hi All,

We are currently finishing up the installation of a 2001 Heidelberg SM102-10-P5
Our incoming voltage to the press is set at 380V through the use of a LINEAR VOLTAGE REGULATOR.
We had a problem a few weeks ago when the voltage in our building went up to 420V over a weekend when neighbouring factories were NOT WORKING.
After this happened, we had the following errors:

DYN TEST: S-SLT CON FFF1
INIT TEST: S-SLT CON 3FF1

Based on an older post on the forum, we replaced the VOLTAGE DETECTION MODULE (located on the SLT Board) and these TWO errors were resolved.
After that we were able to inch the press (we did not run the press though as we were still busy installing other parts of the press like the TECHNOTRANS)

Today - when trying to inch the press, we got the following TWO errors on the CP 2000 console:

S-SRK FF7F - sometimes it changes to FF6F - when this error came up, we could inch the press slightly but the movement was erratic and the motor tends to rock backwards slightly when it stops)
S-SLT CON 3FFF - this error is intermittent - when this error appears, no movement is possible when trying to inch the press.

Could anyone please advise on what might be causing these errors and what the possible solution could be?

How do we test voltages going to the MAIN MOTOR please?
Is there always voltage below the SLT (4 black wires) - can we test voltage here when the press / motor is not turning over?
What voltages should be present at these terminals / wires?

Please can anyone assist? We cannot move forward with commissioning the press due to these 2 errors that have appeared today.

ANY ASSISTANCE / ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Yes - fortunately we figured out the solution.

The VOLTAGE DETECTION MODULE on the SLT Board was damaged due to excessive incoming voltage at our factory.

We had switched on the press over a weekend when other factories around us were closed. The incoming voltage went up to 440V at one point. We suspect that this damaged the Voltage Detection Module - please see attached picture.
I am not certain if I am using the correct term / name for the component.

Once we replaced this component, the problems/errors went away immediately.

Please Note that Heidelberg does not supply this component as a single part. They offered to supply us the whole SLT MODULE - complete at a cost of around $ 35 900.00 USD

I am happy to let you know that we were able to order only the component we needed from a very reliable Chinese supplier.

I hope that this feedback is useful to anyone else who is or has experienced the same or similar problems.

Just to add - we installed an in-line automatic voltage regulator unit which now allows us to monitor the incoming voltage and regulate the voltage being supplied to the press and other machinery in our factory.

Sorry MeMo,

Regarding the errors we encountered AFTER replacing the voltage detection module we found that there were 2 wires loose on the machine transformer.

Immediately after we tightened the two contact lugs on the transformer, the errors went away.

Fortunately this was a simple fix but the only reason we figured this out was because of an older post on the forum.

We were stumped when these errors appeared and thanks to a search on the forum, we decided to check all connections and found the loose wires.
