I HAVE SPEED MASTER 52-2 Machine is not running

 

It appears you may have an under voltage situation in your secondary votages. Check incoming mains, and secondary transformer.

 

Hi sir:
1) First error: Check: Supply voltage for electronics outside the range normal.DC 12V voltage < 11.2V DC or 5V DC voltage < 3.6V DC .
2) Second error:
*Check:
Voltage below 48V DC circuit. ( 35V DC to a standstill , DC 39V during operation) .
3) third error:
*Check:
HWI possible -DEFECTIVE
However like as my colleague aY Mr Junker:
A) Test the input voltage for 220Vac/or 380Vac/ or 440Vac or whatever voltages that you are using NOT more of 10% up or down.
B) In any case if the fluctuation of Voltage is Up or down: Adjust Tap of Primary and consecuency the secondary will be adjust, or course in dependency if the Main Trafo is O.K !!
C) If this happen very frequently, install Relay protector for fluctuation of Voltage from Heidelberg, Very Important.
D) Measure any Voltage coming from the secondary Tap of Main Trafo of SM; if they are in the Range 0.7%!!
otherwise, replace or repair.
